Business Affiliate Details:
Our 70+ KARHA members consist of full and part-time investors, seasoned and beginning landlords, real estate brokers and agents, attorneys, accountants, property managers, renovation specialists, appraisers, and bankers. We are now looking for people like you who can provide services to our real estate investors.
As an Affiliate, you will have the opportunity to market directly to members in need of your specific product(s) and/or service(s). Including but not limited to plumbing, heating and cooling, installations, loans, legal, title closings or many other services. Here are just a few benefits you will reap as a KARHA Business Affiliate.
• The opportunity to request to speak 5 minutes at our monthly meetings and grow your business.
• Ability to network and refer directly with active real estate investors
• Advertisement in the newsletter that goes out to 1,700+ landlords
• Web link, name and contact information on our dedicated Affiliates Web page
• Chances to sponsor events and display your advertisement at general meetings
• Opportunity for volume sales through service discounts
