A diversified group of 100+ members with various levels of experience.
Average membership experience is 6 years with many members with 15 years or more experience in investing and landlording!
Both Single family and Multi-family types of ownership of KARHA members.
KARHA members own properties thru out the metropolitan Kalamazoo area.
KARHA is an affiliate organization of the Rental Property Owners Association (RPOA) of Grand Rapids.

NOTICE: We are happy to announce that we have now merged with Investors Education Network. They are a great group of people that , like Karha, value education in real estate investing. For the moment their website is being directed through ours until we can complete the merger.

Our Mission Statement:
To Provide Real Estate Investors in the Greater Kalamazoo Area the tools to be profitable, professional, and influential in a positive environment through networking, sharing ideas, and growing together. We strive to provide community awareness through quality housing, governmental affairs, and membership.
